Upon referral I brought my car in, though only for brakes & rotors. What I received was a tutorial on the following:
• how to verify mechanic work done correctly
• visual description of outstanding car issues
(some Improperly done before)
• invitation to car clinic/BMW auto club
• invitation for my wife to attend car clinic
(as women are often targets of price gouging)
