Back in June 2025 I purchased a new/used 2022 Elantra from Blaise Alexander Hyundai Mazda of State College. Fast forward the car is read for an oil change today. I was told by the salesman’s I got 2 free oil changes with the purchase of the car. Someone came to speak with me and basically I was told we didn’t get free oil changes and that I needed to pay. I insisted they lower the car from the lift and let me leave with as I was not paying for the oil change. They argued with me and told me I needed to pay for all the added coverage. Which is a crock of shit, I was indeed told (2 FREE OIL CHANGES) from the salesman! I paid $70 after they said well we’ll lower it! Needless to say I will never return for service or will I be returning in the future to purchase another vehicle from any of the Blaise Alexander family dealerships.
