They could have charged me for it.
But they didn't do it and told me why it could not be done.
Put it in black & white on my receipt was was wrong & put together an estimate.
Told me I could shop around & come back for them to complete the service if I wanted to get it done through them.
They didn't tell me its urgent you need to get it done now. Which they could have.
They were not trying to up sell me.
