Lory said she got in fast, and they talked to her and communicated to her and explained things. They let her know ahead of time how much is was going to cost and they worked things into her schedule. They kept her updated and they didn't press her to do things that didn't need to be done yet, they gave her a timeline for needed work coming up. They let her know when her vehicle was going to be done and they gave her a final list and when she could pick up the vehicle. They even went in there on a Saturday so she could pick her vehicle up. Every time she's been there she's been really pleased, they do a really good job on her older vehicle, they give her the best ideas for it and they don't try to take advantage.
