Marilyn said the repairs ended up costing twice as much as the estimate. She was not kept adequately informed. This business gave her an estimate and told her they would call to let her know if the insurance company was going to total the vehicle or pay for the repair. She waited 4 days and they never called. She called the insurance company who told her the business had never faxed them the estimate. The insurance company called the business and then the business faxed it right away. The repairs were so good and she would definitely recommend them to others.

Jonathan said this business was super fast and the work was done well. The people were really nice and communicated well. The service they provided was everything a customer could ask for in a crummy situation like that. This business did not have anything to do with the estimate because it was done by the insurance company of the other party involved in the accident. He chose them because of the several places he called, they were able to answer all of his questions and provided him with the most courteous responses.

Gabriel said they did not put the gaskets properly on. The handle on the back passenger door is loose and it is making a rattling noise. When he closes the driver side window, he can hear the wind as if it was not sealed properly or it is too tight. His vehicle was one day late due to additional damage found.

Martin said the business did a good job. He was a little surprised when they repaired the front rims instead of replacing them but they did a really good job. Initially, he was not given a promise of time but a couple of days before his vehicle was ready they called to let him know.

Steven said he has had work done at this business two or three times before and they have always done a great job providing service. He was satisfied with their communication and actually talked to Bob. This facility is close to home. He went back to them because he was previously satisfied with their work. Bob seems like a nice guy and talks to customers when they have questions. The whole team does a good job.

Joseph said he was never told up front when his vehicle was going to be finished. He went on the internet to get a time when his vehicle was going to be ready and it did not show. He was finally given a date the day before his vehicle was finished. He was referred to this business by Spark's.
