"Thanks Toyota of Renton and Thanks Peter Hubris"
Told my self I wouldn't buy new. After Peter Hubris helped my girlfriend a month ago with her 2018 Toyota RAV4, she couldn't stop raving about her new car. I was curious and I wanted to see how competitive the pricing was in comparison with the classifieds and other dealers. Couldn't be beat. Not only will Peter give you a competitive price, Peter will make sure you're informed and as comfortable as can be throughout the entire process. Today, I also came to buy a 2018 Toyota RAV4. My ankles dislocated so I came in crutches. It was busy but that didn't stop him from helping me move everything over from my old car, including a Thule. Nothing to say but good things working with Peter. His desk is to the far left back corner towards the window if you're looking for him. Haven't worked with any other of the staff, but I'm sure you can't go wrong here.

Spoke with Ken. He said Bing was completely satisfied with everything except the length of time it took for parts to come in. He was not told it would take a week and a half. Ken said it would serve him better if they could give a good estimate of when parts would come in.

Natalie said she will be in the market for a vehicle in 2 years from now. She doesn't think she'll be able to afford a Toyota, but she's checking out Subarus. She stated in 2 years from now she'll discuss trading her vehicle in or this business buying her vehicle, but not now. Natalie mentioned they did a really fine job regarding her most recent visit. On her last service visit, and other past services, they didn't take the time to explain everything to her. She added, they usually don't explain anything, but her service advisor explained everything to her on her most recent visit.
