"Personnel were great!"
I was, and have been for the most part, very pleased with the personnel I've dealt with for service visits. They are courteous, prompt and mostly good to their word. I am very displeased with the costs involved with simple routine maintenance. I have a 2014 Sante Fe, bought new with less than 35,000 miles. Over the life of this car I have spent well over $1,500 on routine "recommended" maintenance.
Please understand I was very impressed with the service writer, Pricilla. She was absolutely courteous and helpful. Everything she said she'd do,she did. I was disappointed in the cost to maintain this vehicle. I've owned high end vehicles in the past and their costs weren't nearly as high.

"Speedy and willing to go the extra mile!"
Dealership service was great. Even drove and picked up my grandson and I for lunch at a restaurant down the street while they serviced my car! AND, car was done in 1 hour! Mind you, I had only an oil change and tire rotation, but in past experiences, this can take up to 3 hours at other dealerships! Even with an appointment! Speaking of appointments, the online appointment maker is awesome as well!

"Recall and Oil Change"
Received notice of a recall on our 2013 GT, called Bob Mayberry up and set an appointment. Unfortunately had to reschedule the appointment due to our schedules but Bob Mayberry helped find another day and time without any issues... arrived for service time early, even added an oil change to the service visit and was accepted as if I was right on time, adding the oil change was not an issue, with an explanation of expectations of service time and if I would like the car to be washed at the end of the service. Service was completed earlier than expected and I was on my way.

I can't say enough about how sharp John the shop manager is and how Persilla the service writer handled my recent visit for repairs under warranty.

Having owned automotive shops myself, I feel qualified to say that the work and service was wonderful!
