The service was fast and everyone there was nice. They let me drop my car off since I had some errands and it wasn’t a problem at all. I wasn’t expecting my car to get done before my appointment time but it was!

Best Service!
Martina, the service writer, was amazing! I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday morning after having to have my car jump started. She was not ruffled at all despite being incredibly busy. I have not always been happy with my Hyundai car, but Bob Mayberry is amazing and Martina is a true asset to the dealership!

Not as good as it used to be!!!!
The service department has gone down hill. From not putting plastic covering down on the seats that now have grease marks, to not having a clue about the airbag light for over 2 days. The communication about my vehicle was almost non-existent unless I called. Service is just not as good as all the other 5 star ratings that I used to give Bob Mayberry. Disappointed!!!

Thank you for your review. Please call me or email me if any further explanation is needed of repairs or if I can do anything for you to change your opinion of our department. I do know that this airbag repair was at the directive of Hyundai. We had to perform many wiring tests and voltage readings and report back to them prior to making any repairs or ordering any parts. I do apologize for the time that the repair took.
