I made an appointment for my 3,000 mile checkup. I got there on time and they took my Kona right in, serviced it and checked a few things I asked them to do. I was out in an hour. Awesome service people!

Horrible..... just bad
Service department is a total joke, advisors not current with problems/recalls or vocabulary.
Sales staff is pushy and arrogant. Sales person went to talk to the finance department, and while walking back, screamed " wow, i have a deal for you " so the entire showroom could hear.

Great Experience
Customer service was great! Pretty quick visit and didn’t have to stay as long as I thought I was going to. They fixed the issue that another place messed up on. They even fixed a warranty issue that I had no idea about. I really appreciated that!

Asia responded right away to addressing my flat tire problem. She even took pictures of the pucture area and e-mailed them to me.
At first they thought the replacement tire was in stock, but unfortunately it wasn't. The new tire would not be delivered until the following
morning. I was offered a courtesy car which I used. I never felt like I was inconvenience as some places of business make you feel.
