Misrepresented Car, Refuses to Reimburse
Bought a 2022 Tesla in December and was told it included Full Self Drive, a $12,000 package. After a few days I realized they misrepresented the car and it does not have the FSD included. The dealership refuses to make a contract about how to reimburse me for their misrepresentation. I will be seeking a lawyer.
