Paul said they weren't able to repair the vehicle. He took the vehicle there, and it took a week to diagnose. They had to get the parts, which took a week. When the parts arrived, he had to wait another week. When he called the facility, he was told they would get to his vehicle. He said they didn't seem interested in taking on the work. He isn't going to be using them for anything.

Juile said the estimate this business quoted her was too high. When she took the vehicle somewhere else, they found out that something entirely different than what this business diagnosed was actually wrong with it. She got it fixed elsewhere for half the price this facility quoted her. She would not recommend this business.

Shad said he went in for an diagnostic and was surprised when they charged him $100. The estimate was more than $700 which was more than he had been quoted anywhere else. He took his vehicle elsewhere. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

Mike said he took his vehicle in for some service work and whatever they did caused his tires to squeal, something it wasn't doing before. They put new hub caps on so they lifted his vehicle back up to take a second look. His vehicle started squealing as soon as he pulled out of the parking lot so he brought it right back. They told him it's just because his vehicle is older which isn't a logical explanation to him because his vehicle never made noises before. He took it somewhere else and they told him the parts needed to replace his hub caps are on back order from Ford which made him wonder how this business was able to get them in an hour. Now he's wondering if they even put the right parts on. He will not recommend them due to this experience.
