Belt squeal and not charging
Bobs found coolant leak on my belt, and worn out hoses. Some rough pulleys. I’m satisfied with the repair. New hoses and pulleys, but it was extremely expensive. $1100. I still recommend Bobs they fix it right the first time.

Great service
Was able to bring in the same day I called. No waiting. For a business that typically working on smaller cars, they didn’t even hesitate when I told them one it was an RV and two was a Mercedes. I must have called 8 people before when I remembered they had done some work for me before. Very great full and Bill was about $200 less than I expected.

I trust what they do because they actually know what they're doing.
From the ladies up front to the mechanics in the shop, they all are very helpful and knowledgable. Many places try to take advantage of a single, older woman but Bob's doesn't do that and I appreciate it. I will never take my car anywhere else to be worked on.

Don said he was very happy, very satisfied and very pleased with the exemplary service. The employees were very thorough, kind, intuitive and their craftsmanship was excellent. While another business said he needed all brakes done, this facility said the back brakes were just fine, but the front brakes did need to be replaced. They called before they did any additional service and the price was good. They even found a mouse nest, took it out and put a dryer sheet there to detour more mice from coming. This business now has a new customer for life.

BOB'S LITTLE CAR BACKS UP THEIR WORK
My high mileage Nissan Frontier needed a new standard transmission clutch package. The package was installed but quickly developed a sound similar to a throw out bearing chatter. BOB'S replaced everything with no delay and sincere apologies. I really appreciated that they "made it right".

Excellent and honest auto repair
Cares about their customers and provides excellent auto repair. I have a 2004 Caddy SRX that has been repair and serviced by the Lil Car Hospital since I purchased it. I feel very safe in knowing they have done repairs correctly. Great customer service.

Starter problem ending with dead new battery
Awesome job saved me a lot of trouble! They are pretty good troubleshooting saves me the time and struggle of troubleshooting a problem! Could have saved the $60 and hassle of installing new ignition switch! Can be expensive but sometimes worth it for professional assistance on a problem!

Scheduled Oil Change
Information on my vehicle is entered into the computer, I get an e-mail when it’s time to have the oil changed, I drop the vehicle off the night before my appointment, the oil is changed, they notify me via phone when finished, and I come in to pick it up! Great people, and I’m in the computer for next time!
