This was after we had our 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe for 13 years with 300,000+ miles and managed to sell it for $1,000.00!!! We had used independent auto service businesses for our inspection/emissions & maintenance until we had a negative experience with our 2021 inspection.

decided to go to the nearest Hyundai Service Center. Tried to get an appointment with Cochran South Hills Service Center but had difficulty getting through and less than attentive response. Decided to call Bowser Service Center. Our lucky stars were with us since Austin Erving was assigned as our Service Consultant. Can’t say enough about his professionalism, courtesy, vehicle knowledge and respect shown. He is a valuable asset to Bowser Hyundai Service Center and hope he never leaves! We will stay with Bowser and plan to purchase a new vehicle within the next few years when my husband retires and finally retires his 1998 Volvo!
