I had been told by a car dealership that my battery was getting weak. I never know whether or not to believe those comments, so I made an appointment at 7:30 am with BV Auto to bring my vehicle to have the battery checked. I always know I can depend on any recommendations to be honest at BV Auto. I was first in line and they took my vehicle back to do the diagnostics. Sure enough, the battery was weak and they replaced the battery and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. I needed my vehicle by 11:30 and felt like they understood that and got me on my way quickly.
