Lack of comunication and poor Mangement
Got car towed and it took them a full day to check. Then was told car was ready when car was not they needed to order part. Was told part would be expedited and it took 8 days to arrive. When i asked for a loner car i was told no that was not offered. When finally part arrived car was supposley fixed but car was not fixed properly. Drove to work just to drive back to shop then when i talk to management i get passed to the mechanic. After that mechanic became the person responsible for my car. I dont understand how can management pass the problem to mechanic. I do however give thanks to mechanic that stayed behind alone after hours to fix my car and waited for me to pick up my car. I am seriously scared of the recall my car is gonna have on Nov 2nd. Scared that this hyundai dealer does not offet loner cars for multiple days of fixing..

Thank You for your feedback Mr.Cavazos.I apologize for the experience that you had here at our dealership.Let me point out that this type of situation is not something that we practice here.I was not aware that a rental vehicle had been requested  at any time.I will get together with my service team and review procedures.I will also get together with the parts dept and find out why it took so long to get a part in..Again My apologies for this experience.If i may be of further assistance,Please call or come by the dealership and i will be more than happy to sit down with you and find a solution that is satisfactory to you.Because here at Brown Hyundai,Customers are our #1 Priority.I will relay your comments to the technician as well.
