My apt I have been waiting for, for 3 months to do a mandatory engine. I called said I was going to be late. They service rep said as long as I get there in 15 min, I would be good. Made it there, waited in line...the girl at the counter (bad attitude/unhelpful) basically grills me, asks to see my phone to see if I actually called in, walks in a room, comes back out and says "Looks like someone gave you the wrong information." Never asks if I want to reschedule, no apology, nothing! Just a sour look on her unpleasant face. Remind you...I flew down in my PJs, left my newborn with a sitter and got another person to follow me! All that drama ...cause I called and was 20 min late! was 20 min late..I will NEVER BUY A HYUNDAI AGAIN! Ridiculous...
Mandatory recall huh? This dealership didn't seem to care that my engine could catch on fire, or that my newborn could potentially be in danger?? Quality service, I bet the workers there, don't own a Hyundai! Karma comes back around...I hope you get the same treatment/service done to you.
