Basic oil change on 2012 Chevy traverse
I called This morning to make an appointment For an oil change on my 2012 Chevy traverse the earliest I can get it in was 4:00pm. Arrived at 3:50pm for that oil change. Was greeted and sat down thinking it would take no more then 45 minutes on an average oil change but I was sadly mistaken. I was there for an hour and a half for a basic oil change very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
