Santa Fe 60K Inspection
Burns have stepped up their service performance with detailed reports with pictures of one's service status. You know exactly what is needed per mileage, cost, and a timeline of when one should be making concessions for the repair(s). A lot of the original staff since the days of Steve Dimetri (GM) has changed, but there are still a few cornerstone icons in the facility that keep the family feel to the business. That is huge in my assessment because a family bond is established, which leads to trust and that is the element in keeping consumers' loyal.

Quick and easy
Fast and easy service for a recall. I originally had to go on Wednesday night for my oil change and had to get a recall done too, but the mechanic there that night didn’t have the experience for the recall (vac pump seal) so i had to go back that Saturday, but i was in and out.

Had an appointment which was made six months ago when I picked up the vehicle, Burns sent me reminders, I was checked in promptly and waited in the area designated for waiting customers.
It was clean and had coffee etc available the service was performed in a timely fashion and I was on my way my car was returned clean and in good order.

Courteous, patient, quick service.
I n.ever feel that I'm left hanging when I bring my car in to be serviced. Even for longer visits someone always comes to update me on the progress that's being made on my vehicle. I find this very helpful in planning the rest of my day because I basically know when the car maintenance will be completed. The customer service staff is always polite and on hand should I have a question.
