Great service. Convenient to where I work. Service representative was very nice.
My only complaint, was the cost of the replacement headlight bulb for my 2015 Hyundai Tuscon.
If I needed it replaced within 36,000 it would have been under warranty. My mileage was doubled that.
It wasn't the fault of the dealer. It was the fault of the Hyundai Corporation.
$80 SOME DOLLARS FOR A BULB! OUTRAGEOUS!

Best Dealership I've Ever had Do Work on my Vehicle
I've been having work done on my Hyundai 2006 SUV at Burns Hyundai for 7 years now. i am always aware of the great work they do, the fair prices they charge, looking out for the customer, etc. etc. They worked very well with my insurance company to fix vandalism to my vehicle and communicated with me and the insurance company very well. I've been to other Hyundai dealerships in the rest of the country, but Burns Hyundai is definitely repeat business.

Appointment times are good, people friendly/helpful, shuttle service, donuts/coffee/tea/water. This time my service took less time than their original estimate. Recommendation - have a small desk/table available to use while we wait for our laptop or paperwork. Recommendation - have a charging station in wait room for us to use for our smartphones.
