first of all you are not an honest person, I do not have anyone in my data base that has had a $2800. service of any kind. If you are the people that I believe you to be the services needed to fix your car were denied by your wife. I do not do repairs that the customer decline.

I do appoligize that you were dissatisfied with your oil change and free brake inspection/ tire rotation. I understand that change is always a bit uncomfortable.
However, I do not understand what you were dissatisfied with, you were not specific other than you obiviously miss Paul and Sally, we do too. Paul and Sally have moved to a new chapter in their lives and we wish them all the happiness and success that they clearly deserve. If you could be more specific I would greatly appreciate any critisicm good or bad, I truly do strive to make improvements to our proccesses, without your input this is a very difficult task.

Paul is a Con man. He sets up customers for future repairs. He intentionally sabotaged my Land Rover. It drove off the lot same day the water pump blew and it overheated. Paul charged me $$$ to fix it his shops sabotage. Paul put used junk yard parts on my Rover.. lied and said they were new parts. He lied about me having "sloppy diffs". Said both diffs front and rear needed replacement. Total nonsense. Both diffs are 100% perfect in use today with extreme offroading.
Paul said I needed new brakes and rotors- then they went another 30,000 miles no problems. Paid Paul for an inspection - he didn't inspect anything. Just made up repairs. Front drive shaft was about to snap. Paul said nothing was wrong with it. Claimed he took it off. No gun marks on the bolts. Another shop removed it then showed me the U joint was barely hanging on about to snap any second. PAul did this on purpose to destroy my Rover and create $5000+ in repairs. It was impossible to miss.
If you have a Rover - don't take it here.
This man intentionally sabotaged my Land Rover then offered me "a free oil change". Stay far, far, far away from these crooks.
