Gouging Customers is the Business Model
Horrible experience every time I come here. The employees are friendly enough. But having to pay $99 to be told the reason your check engine light is just plain shady. I understand and don't mind paying for good service. But having to pay $99 "the price of admission" just seems like a money grab.
