What a refreshing experience. Coming from out of town over the holidays I needed new wiper blades. My usually very effective home dealer had failed to replace them on the "big" service I had done before my trip. No problem. The "out of town" -- "unlikely to use as a dealer for purchase" -- dealer took care of me in an expeditious and friendly way without up charging me or making me wait
One might expect to be "ripped off"! I have had that happen before. But never with Hyundai and certainly not with the Danville dealer.
