Cindy said there was no communication. She had to keep calling to find out the status of her vehicle. She doesn't even know if there was a set time because nothing was clear.

Jessica said they were lacking in keeping her informed during the repair. She had been told she would get either phone updates or text messages but there was no information given during the repair. On the date the vehicle had been promised, she turned in her rental vehicle expecting to pick up her vehicle but it had not been told to her there was a problem with a part and the promise time had been changed. The vehicle was complete three days later than had been promised for the reason mentioned. They were not courteous as there was poor customer service provided by the facility and no updates on the repair. She would not recommend the business because the vehicle had to be returned due to it having electrical problems. The wiring had not been hooked back up correctly.

Spoke with Rick. He said that they forgot a couple of clips and the the vehicle was not aligned properly. When he picked up the vehicle the first time there were paint drippings. He said that there was a problem with the courtesy, but he would not elaborate. He would not recommend this business for the above reasons.
