Suzy said they did not put her panel on correctly and the paint doesn't match. She also said it took 2 day's longer because the wrong part came in. Also, she had to take the vehicle back in. They left tape on her vehicle.

Karalie said this business tore her leather seat and they are only offering to pay half the cost to repair it. They also broke the framing to her window and they have not repaired that. Her vehicle was delayed by a few extra days and she is unsure of the reason behind it. She will not recommend this business to others for reasons already stated.

"Terrible paint job!!"
Got my car back and was told it was all ready to go. There were two gobs of paint dripping down the side of the car where they painted, a part of the car that was supposed to get fixed was completely ignored and was left unfixed and there were parts of my car where clear coat wasn't even done. Paint was very bumpy and when you look at it in daylight you can see bumps all over the door and fender where they painted. I heard so many good things about them but I am SO disappointed in the paint job. Mechanically they did just fine and I have no complaints as far as that goes and the dents are gone but the pain job is significantly less than satisfying.

Robert said this business did a great job on the quarter panel but the vehicle got overspray on it and the paint surface is rough in some areas. He will not be able to have this corrected. The vehicle was ready early.

Jordan said the experience took longer than expected and was a total of three weeks. There are bubbles in the paint work this business is aware of but it has not been resolved yet. It took two weeks longer after they found something was wrong with the alignment.

Natalie said if she had known the repairs were going to cost $3,000 instead of the $1,800 they had initially quoted, she would not have had the repairs done. She would have accepted the insurance check instead. No one told her the estimate was not correct. They had the vehicle for several weeks. She said it was late because they had to do additional work. The vehicle was ready about 10 days late. Everyone was nice, but they did not keep her informed. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.

James said the insurance recommended 2 businesses. This one seemed best. He didn't have any expectations about the appearance, but it was a clean business. They were courteous. Some of the weather stripping they installed when they replaced the driver's side passenger door is already falling off. When they cut and buffed the clear coat, some compound was left in the seams and door, but he wiped it off. For the most part, they did a good job within their budget. He would recommend them for whole vehicle paint jobs, but not for spot jobs because they have a hard time matching paint colors. He's not completely satisfied with the paint because it doesn't match to the bed of the truck. It is impossible to match solvent-based paint with water-based paint. They presented him with the vehicle and acted like it looked good. The color didn't match. He talked to them. They said most people don't notice. They re-painted it, during the rainy season. James is noticing a slight color difference in the sunlight now that the weather is getting better.

Kaitylin said her mud flaps came off on the freeway and they told her they would call her when they could put them back. The business has not called her about the mud flaps and it has been 2 weeks. Her vehicle was ready 2 days late because the windshield wiper fluid container did not come in, in the right size. Her vehicle was dirty and dusty when she got it back and she could not see out of her windshield very well, which was not safe to drive. She would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated.
