Armando said he has to take the vehicle back because the bumper is slightly off to one side. The vehicle was shiny. The only thing that didn't go well was the bumper.

Brent said he had problems with his vehicle being done by anyone's standards. He was not satisfied with the body work or the paint work performed because the door they replaced doesn't open as smoothly as the other side. It catches on something. The seal on the wheels were not properly fixed but the owner finally came and fixed them himself. He can still see the paint touch up done by the seam. His vehicle was delayed by 2.5 weeks because of an oversight on the checking of the areas that were repaired. He was told 3 or 4 times that his vehicle was finished but it was not and still is not. He was happy this facility paid for the additional time he needed the rental vehicle. He was given a gift basket with an apology, which he thought was a nice gesture. He would not recommend this business for the reasons already stated.

Cody said he was not satisfied with his experience because they did not fix his vehicle correctly. They did not want to take it back to do it correctly. The bodywork that was done on the vehicle was terrible and he was not satisfied with it at all. He was not satisfied with the quality of the paint work either. When he went to go pick it up, he had to ask them to buff out the runs on the paint. He would never recommend the business.

Concordia said the personnel she dealt with during her visit to this business were very nice and they communicated very well. She was satisfied with the quality of the body work but she is now hearing squealing noises that were not there before. There was no paint work done.
