Kent said the business did a great job. They were very conscientious and they kept him informed It took 3 days longer for the repairs, because the drive shaft was loose and had to be replaced.

Rebecca said instead of taking a week, it took 2 and a half weeks. Everything else was great. The delay cost was about $300 in rental vehicle fees. She couldn't say if she's satisfied with the quality of the body work, because besides not being finished, there was 1 part they couldn't get in. Overall, she was told to call them in April. It took longer than promised. She was told parts were harder to get in, and they were busy.
