Karin said the vehicle was 3 days late. She was told this was because the business has not worked on Mazda 5 before and they had disposed of the parts they were going to replace which they needed later on to finish the repair. The business ended up taking the vehicle into a Mazda dealer because of this so they could have it fixed. When she picked up the vehicle they missed connecting a few wires so some of the air conditioning control buttons were not working. She brought the vehicle back in and they fixed this. They were courteous and friendly. When there was a problem they were quick to take care of it. She was just surprised because this business advertises they do a through inspection and a lot of things seemed to slip though. She would still recommend this business because everything was taken care of in the end.
