Cavenaugh Hyundai Consistently Has Outstanding Service
This, Cavenaugh dealership continues to give outstanding service! The service personnel are competent and friendly! Zack and Brandon in the service department are a real credit to the Cavenaugh team. Take your vehicle in and meet them if you want friendly quality service. I have been taking my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport the Cavenaugh service department for many years and they have always been consistent with outstanding service.

Great service and friendly employees
I've been doing business with Cavenaugh Hyundai in Jonesboro since January of 2018, all my encounters there were exceptional except for about 3-4 visits when the shop supervisors that replaced Zac were running (or trying to run) the shop. Cavenaugh made the right decision in getting Zac to return

I have been bringing my vehicle to Cavenaugh Hyundai for all my oil changes since I bought the vehicle back in March 21, 2015. Even though my vehicle is now paid off, I still travel from Missouri to Arkansas, where the dealership is located, to have oil changed. The customer service there is great!

Disappointed customer
Normally I love CH. But sometimes I feel like they treat me like a girl. I know when there is something wrong with my car and I bring it in. I get a band aid. Only to have to bring it back two days later because it’s still not fixed. I normally wouldn’t write this review but this is the second time they have done this to me. I am so frustrated right now!

TOP NOTCH SERVICE DEPARTMENT..!!
Zac Davis and his Cavenaugh Hyundai service department are the best .All are very professional and their service is quick and thorough. Robert quickly did my first oil change on my new Elantra and John took care of a "glitch" in one of the sensors that came with the car from the factory. All of this took less than 45 minutes and I was back on the road. No better Hyundai service department and I appreciate that fact.
