"SERVICE DEPT..... ie JOHN my 3rd car purchased at this dealership!"
I always thought Hyundai was competitive with other dealerships in Jonesboro until I brought my niece there to trade. after 2 hours credit approved and they wouldn't BUDGE!!! Told them we would go to Isuz which we did get vehicle with 15,000 and payment $220.00. Couldn't have asked for a more professional agent to deal with. Might have to rethink my 4th car Service dept or not.

Recently needed car repairs. At the suggestion of my friend, I had my car hauled about 135 miles to Jonesboro. I am super excited about the service performed on my car. Parts had to be ordered and a loaner car was given until the parts came in. I was notified of all charges before the work was performed. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I'm extremely satisfied with my recent repairs made my Cavanaugh Hyundai.
