Overall more than acceptable
I was at first disappointed when I arrived at my scheduled time of 9:00 am to be told they were overbooked for the morning. I had driven about 50 miles to get there on time. I was asked to come back between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. Fortunately I also had a medical appointment scheduled for 10:30 so I drove on to that rather then leaving my car for service at the same time. I returned at 12:30 and was then checked in for service. They took care of the air bag recall, a couple of other older recalls that the previous owner did not have done and had me on my way within about 2 1/2 hours. I did request a few additional service items which were also taken care of. Overall I was pleased with the service and the value, but disappointed in having to return after being scheduled for 9:00 am.

Unfortunatly, the only dealership within an hour drive
3 times I asked for full synthetic, twice it was confirm to me. When I picked up my car the first time. I noticed the sticker good for 3000 miles. After questioning, it appeared that they used a oil blend. After I asked them to redo the service, I was told that because I wanted full synthetic, my tire rotations and transmission flush would cost more. I will try to sync my maintenance with my trips to Texas.

Ugh
I went for a oil and brake change but due to miscommunication I only got an oil change. The staff did not inform others that did not have time to do my brakes after my oil change, tire rotation and inspection of my rotors. I spent 7 hours waiting there.. most people don't have all day to do that. Please work on communication!!
