Help when needed
We had severe engine failure on the way home from vacation. We were in an area we were not familiar with, and Cavenaugh Hyundai of Jonesboro was the dealership we were towed to. They took amazing care of us. Our engine needed complete replacement, and thanks to Hyundai's great warranty, it was taken care of at no cost. The people were very kind to a couple of out-of-state travelers who needed lots of help.( It did take a week to replace the engine, but I think any dealership would have needed as much time - or more!)

Disappointment
Another visit and another disappointment. 80% of my Hyundai dealership visits have been unacceptable where I’ve never had a problem at any Jeep or Jaguar dealership. Wish they could improve because cars are great but service centers need improvements

Great place
I loved coming here to serve my car, I never had a problem with the people they were very nice and honest and had me in and out very fast. They always kepted my car driving well. I wish I could have used them forever but last week I sold my 2008 Hyundai because it was getting older and I felt I needed something newer. I loved that car and hope I love these on as much. Thanks to all these men they’ve made my life easier.
