Dawn said the business is friendly and very helpful. She was particularly impressed with the business when they printed out a picture with pieces named and explaining exactly what had to be done to her vehicle. The visual was big. The business did not tell her the price of the repairs before repairing the vehicle. She would have liked to know the charges before they actually did the work.
