Lies miscommunication shady salesmen.
My son bought his first car a few months ago he did this all on his own. The communication was and still is horrible. It took them weeks to have the car ready then when my son picked up his car the seat belt wasn't hooked up. He had to leave it again. Now they have had the car for almost a month because it started smoking after he dropped his little sister off at home. The car is unsafe. They will not call him back and just leave him sitting on hold everytime he calls. Who knows when his car will be repaired. I hate that his first car experience has been ruined. Very disappointed and will be reporting them to the fair trade commission and the Department of motor vehicles. Do not buy a car here.
