Look elsewhere for good service!
One day, my car acts odd and is leaking fluid.
Take it to this dealership.
They inform me the Transmission Drain plug has fallen out of the transmission and all of the fluid has leaked out.
As only this dealership and whoever built the vehicle have touched the transmission, I ask them to explain how such a n event could occur.
They have no explanation.
They put it back in, filled it up, charge me of course, and I hoped for the best.
This took about a week.

Less than 20 miles later, it is not shifting or accelerating correctly.
There is a LOUD Clunk and the check engine light comes on.
I call first thing on Monday morning. Wait on hold for awhile and get disconnected.
Call back and leave a voice mail.
A few days later, since I did not get a call back, I call again.
Leave a voice mail.
Call back after 2 more days of not hearing from them. Ask for a manager, leave a voice mail. Get a call back from someone else. It was not a pleasant conversation, but the service manager said I would have details Saturday or Monday.
Have my car towed there. Wait.
and wait.
and wait.
On Wednesday I call back, as it has been several days, the expectation the Service Manager set was NOT fulfilled and I am upset.
Leave ANOTHER voice mail.

Get a call back from someone else, tells me that Hyundai won't repair it under warranty and since I cannot PROVE that this service center was at fault, although and again, NO ONE ELSE HAS TOUCHED THE TRANSMISSION, I am responsible for replacing the transmission.

They don't even give me a quote.
They still cannot explain HOW the transmission drain plug fell out of the transmission. (I had even called a few other mechanics and transmission shops to see how this could happen and they all said manufacturers defect or service error.)

It took ANOTHER 6 days of calling and texting trying to get a hold of someone to give me more details, and then finally I have up and just arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car.
They did not even clean their service protectors out of it.
Left one of the interior panels open with the door on the passenger seat.

The way they dodged my calls and texts really implies some guilt IMO, but of course they won't admit to anything, or even meet a long time customer halfway.
Nope, just a big old nothing.

This experience has changed me from a long time loyal customer to someone who actively encourages people to buy another brand, and go elsewhere! A few calls backs, a few text responses would have made a huge difference, but far to late now.
