Jacob, we understand your frustration with your job and we can only tell you what we see. You were charged a full hour for the tech to torque all nuts and bolts on the front end, which is not part of a normal alignment. When a customer has installed parts their self's and is requested to check their work for drivability and safety charges are incurred. The not-so-good: The staff seemed unfamiliar and dismissive when it came to a mild leveling kit — which is a pretty common setup. I was told my CV axles were "maxed out" and things would "wear out quicker," but this was stated without any measurements and came across as more discouraging than helpful. After researching with multiple sources (including the lift kit manufacturers), a 2" level is well within acceptable CV operating angles, so the concern seemed overstated. I was also charged a full hour of labor to verify torque specs I'd requested them to check.
Bottom line: If you've got a bone-stock daily driver, they'll likely take good care of you and the alignment work is solid. But if you have a leveled or modified truck, you may want a shop that works on those setups regularly and can speak to them without the doom-and-gloom.
