He stated he believes one man is named Jeff and could not recall the other gentleman's name, but he sure appreciated them. They are good people to be around and they take the time to listen to what his problem is.

"Check engine light"
My last visit was for a check engine light analysis. After the issue was discovered-a loose gas cap, I felt there was not adequate communication to me as a consumer. Your employee did mention the replacement would be “after market” which I do not have a problem with, however, he failed to advise me it would be different from the gas cap that came with the car. The Lexus issued one has a tether and the after market does not. As a consumer I was not aware of this detail which I feel ahould have been shared wih me prior to my making a decision. After I discovered the difference and called your business back the proce quoted to me for the Lexus issued gas cap was less that I had already paid...however, I was not offered any difference in price in the form of a refund. While the small amount is really inconsequential I was disappointed that happened.

"Honesty"
This subject rarely gets discussed in reviews but I thought it was about time. For me to review any business I absolutely need to feel without a doubt that I was taken care of by 100% Honesty. Over the past 7 or more years I have spent somewhere in the neighborhood of $10,000 or more on my vehicles and camper with Certec. No where in all those expenditures have I ever doubted Certec about the diagnosis or end result of what needed to be done. That is because Tim Biddle and his entire crew are always HONEST in what they say, do, charge and complete. I truly wish they were available for working on my home, health care and other major needs for Senior Citizens. Your Honesty, Ethics, Quality and Care are WORLD CLASS. Thank you. Michael Hansen

"Great service!"
I’ve used Certec for several years. Tim and team never disappoint. I called on Friday morning because my car wouldn’t start. Tim told me they would take care of it, so I called AAA, had it towed to them, they checked it out, texted me with the results, and I picked it up. Good, honest, efficient.
