Bad Customer Service
I went here and was looking for a car for my wife. While looking we over heard a couple ask to take $200 off the price of a Audi they were looking at and they wouldn't. The salesman was very rude to them. Made me and my wife uncomfortable so we walked out because of it. Looking at the recent comment from E Brashear , the owner says they are liers and is rude to her. Then says look at Facebook reviews. Im sure they will say me and my wife didnt hear them and or dont know the whole story but we only know what we SAW and Heard. I am a fare person on my reviews and you can see that. I'm sure they are their friends leaving reviews. Look at all the other platforms and you will see they don't lower the price and are rude to their customers. We wont be back. Please do your research other then their Friends/Family Facebook to get a better understanding. Below is their response.

Well John obviously you did not hear the whole thing, or you are making it up. She just left a review and after our direct response to her lying about it she deleted it. No one was rude to them, and we are pretty sure you are part of their group. Erika Brashear (sill have a screenshot of the review she left here ) sound familer? Once again like we responded to her she got screwed over by a dealership in Akron becuase they sold the car from out under them so they decided to take their anger on us. We just lowered the car $500, we gave them an additional $300 off, and after they left we gave them an additional $200 off. At that point since they already left they said NOW we need a full tank of gas. So at that point we were done. Our salesperson Sam does not know how to be rude or has ever been rude no anyone in his life. You obviously didn’t hear anything and making this up, Erika and her husband talked down to us and Sam, very arrogant and rude. They threw a giant hissy fit about not getting to their number right off the bat. They told us we don’t know how to treat customers becuase we didn’t take money off (which we did exactly what they wanted). Maybe you should not stick your nose in things you don’t know? According to your reviews you are also not happy with almost anything. Once again this has nothing do with you ( which is odd, since she deleted her review last night and you left one this morning). Maybe you don’t know how to be a guide since you just pick one side of the story and didn’t listen to the phone calls and the full conversation. Friends and Family facebook? What are you talking about, if you want to come in we can go over paperwork and pictures of each customer we sold the car to so you can stop spreading false information? We will be waiting for you! Thanks!
