Loaner cars needed
I was upset when my car was towed to the dealership and no loaner cars were available. When I purchase a vehicle and also finance in an extended warranty , I have higher expectations for care after the sale when a covered problem arises. The other option was to rent at my own expense and be reimbursed when the work was done. That would have been an expensive two weeks. Dealership should increase available loaners. Someone who gave the dealership a large amount of money for a vehicle should expect certain guarantees.
As for customer service, that was better. Jolan took great care to update me along the way and answer questions I had. My one star review reflects on the dealership, not my customer service review.

Loaner and warranty
You will be put on a list if they have none. Don’t ask when you buy your vehicle if loaners are readily available because you will be told they are, they are not. Also, if you have a new motor installed per the bearing recall, your motor doesn’t get its own new warranty, it goes off of what your car has left. Not the dealerships fault about the warranty but Hyundai certainly has room for improvement.
