Had my van towed here and was made to wait three days on an $11 part (which i found out later was available at the parts store four blocks away). It needed a whole other part but the owner Mike didn't want to deal with it, so after making me wait three days, they half-way fixed it, just enough for me to make it to another repair shop and took my money anyway. A woman traveling alone is a perfect target for Mike (the owner). I'm so regretting ever having went there. If it weren't for the kindness of Jeff, the office employee, I probably would have left in tears.
