Horrible buying experience
I am disgusted with the service I received when I bought a car from Hyundai of Hampton. The selling point on my Elantra was the Blue L ink safety feature. I called the dealership multiple times with no response when I couldn’t figure it out - I had to call the manufacturer to find out that feature isn’t available on my car!!! I filed complaints with the BBB n board or dealerships. I didn’t even know at that point that they were breaking the law with their false advertising.

The website was dishonest; the interest rate advertised was “not available” as soon as I talked to the sales person, the price I paid was THREE THOUSAND more than what was advertised on their site, and was told the price on the site didn’t include things that were “included” like oil changes and inspections.

On their Google reviews, that responds to thank everyone that leaves a positive review, but my extremely negative review got NO response, not even an apology for such a negative experience.

These people are liars, con artists, and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced when buying a car.
