First time getting service done at Clifton
Car was originally looked at by the dealer and a water pump was found to be bad and needing to be replaced. The price seemed unusually high, even for the dealer, so I called Clifton and they not only use genuine MB parts, but they came in over $1000 less. Cheaper isn't always better, but with Clifton you not only save money over the dealer, but get better service and knowledge. We will definitely use Clifton from now on for out maintenance needs on our Merc. Our only regret is not using them sooner!
