Brought my suv in for a routine 10K-mile service and left with close to $1000 bill — and it took nearly 2 hours longer than it should have.
I arrived at 7:50 AM, ahead of my scheduled appointment, and didn't leave until 11:30 AM. When I asked about the delay, the staff was dismissive and rude.
Charged three overlapping fuel-system treatments with no clear explanation of why I needed all three. For a car that was serviced just 5k miles before and in perfect condition.
The wait time and how I was treated when I questioned. The waiting room is a freezer. And the outside check in is disorganized, no signs, unsafe and expose to any weather conditions. Shame on Toyota and it's branding to not impose a better standard to it's independent Service Departments at dealerships.
