First time in a very long time I didn’t walk away worried I had be over-sold on a service. The harsh reality is there are several business models out there that support “less-than-honest” practices. These guys seem to realize there is plenty of business to be had and there’s no reason to try and wheedle out more. If you’re fair, safe, and honest…that will generate all the repeat business you could possibly need.
Time will tell but fingers are crossed that I may have just found our new family mechanic.
