From the moment we met him he started telling us trends in the market and what to expect plus WHY to expect the changes. Sure enough...... they happened. He would look at a property and tell us it was overpriced and to wait for the forthcoming price drop AND IT HAPPENED!!
Other times we were interested in a home and then he pointed out deficiencies that we missed or were trying to ignore. Rick explained that while inventory is tight you do NOT want to get into a situation with a defective property as those are nightmares.
All in all he was constantly teaching , ALWAYS on our side and truly dedicated to us.
