We were told the vehicle was checked out and serviced in the Service Dept., told us everything was in working order ready to go and promised 2 chips in the windshield would be fixed. After purchase but before driving off the lot we discovered the DVD didn't work. Sales staff turned Rude and Unprofessional. Sales Manager sat in his glass walled office not busy snacking on cookies or something and refused to come talk to us after the Salesman asked him 3 times. One Manager saw the commotion came over and his response was “We didn’t have to tell you!” and “Most dealers wouldn’t pay to fix it!” We finally got help from an Assistant Manager and he did some checking finding out from Service Dept. parts were on order to fix it. It was known and they didn’t tell us. He gave us a “We Owe” slip to bring vehicle back for repair. We brought it back when parts came in (wrong parts, had to reorder the right parts) and that’s when we were told vehicle had not been serviced. The Glass Tech inspected the windshield and said it was not repairable and needed to be replaced. So another 1 ½ hour drive a few weeks later got the DVD fixed. The promise to fix the windshield was a LIE……….
They post a Great price online then when you get there tell you that $2,400 has been added for APEX Protection, (paint-less dent repair, paint and interior protection, GPS theft tracking) Don’t fall for this, it’s not worth it and I will walk out of a Dealership if I ever encounter a SCAM like that again. I learned the hard way.
Sent 2 registered letters to GM and didn't get a reply on either one.
