advisor need improvement
one of the advisors had to much going on eating in front of the customers that is not professional he had too much going on, the one that had the gray hair tall was very professional

Excellent service
Tuesday service appointment, dropped off early Monday afternoon. Was called around 5PM Monday and was informed car was done plus a recall too. I was sent my invoice by email. WOW. Great Job . Oil change , inspection and recall for less than $100. Thank you. This is how you keep customers and get more.

Gary/ Greg needs training on Phone Skills
My only issue is with Gary/Greg who answered my phone call on Tuesday, 6/19, @ approximately 7:35am. I called to arrange a shuttle pickup and he informed me to "call back at 8:15am when the shuttle service drivers come in." First of all, I don't know your fellow co-workers' schedule. Secondly, you could have offered to take my information and give it to the shuttle service drivers when they get in. BTW, when I called back @ 8:15am, another person answered, and informed me that the shuttle service drivers were already out on runs!

Do it right the first time
My service advisor Guy is wonderful and he does his job. I always take my car there I have never had any other problems this just made me upset because they want me to pay for their mechanics mistake.

Great sales expierience and service has been prompt and good.
My Tuscon performs well. Only has 5500 miles in first year due to my wife and I being disabled and using it mostly to go to doctor visits. It is easy to get in and out of which is important to me because of my leg problems. My only complaint is that the window sticker stated that the car should have floor mats but the car came without them. I e mailed my salesman in November about it and did not hear back. I did not pursue it further since because i have been busy with doctor appts. and it is low on my list of priorities.

Great 1st experience for my new car
I had my first oil change. I was greeted by an employee that took my keys outside and showed me where to check in for service. I was greeted cheerfully and shown where the waiting room was and where I could receive complimentary coffee . I waited a very reasonable amount of time for my oil change to be completed. I had no charge for the 1st service.

I was impressed with the entire experience!

Great job to the entire staff!!!

Quick and warranty covered everything!
Saw me same day as my call and the warranty covered everything I needed done, no pressure to have any other work done on the car. Renting a car was a simple process as well!
