Spoke with Joanne. Joanne said the staff was able to provide her with the detailed information ahead of time. However during the repair service, there was a lack of communication when the order arrived. Joanne stated she felt the staff provided a good job, except for one issue. On the bumper on the driver's side, there is a 1 inch scuff black mark. The bumper did not fully match the color of vehicle, which was lavender. Joanne opted not to take her vehicle back to the business to resolve the issue, because it was too much of a hassle to go back and forth. The staff was very attentive. The staff did call when requesting certain options available, such as washing her vehicle. Everything was okay. Joanne mentioned it was her third visit with the business. She has been working with the business for her repair service needs since 2001.
