Henry said the work was outstanding but he felt like he had gotten the run around for 2 weeks. There was dead silence. There was no communication for 2 and a half weeks. After they got through that period and doing what they were doing, everything was fine. His vehicle was ready when they promised. They only failed on being more remorseful and apologetic but it was business as usual. There had been a lot of snow during that 2 weeks. The facility is very clean.
