STAY AWAY!
This establishment has a tendency to be less than transparent, often resorting to repeated falsehoods. The owner has been found to misrepresent the quality of service, which is unfortunate. If there is a reluctance to fulfill the responsibilities of the job, it would be more honorable to communicate that directly rather than fabricating stories. It is clear that both you and your receptionist are aware of these actions. I cannot endorse this shop.
