Deception in sales

Gonna go ahead and share this even though I’m trying to let them correct issues. Would be more than happy to remove (if and I say if because I have lost trust in this Car lot) fixes issue. I was intentionally deceived on my Bronco I purchased. I went in there with two non negotiable things. Great warranty and sales tax either paid or financed in. Both were signed off by me on a piece of paper that was separate from contract and as you can imagine I didn’t get that copy in my envelope, I returned to pick car up and notified Kentrell finance guy of the discrepancy ( from original paper to the contract he gave me) with him at that time he said your good I’ll fix it by Monday. Tuesday I called to confirm, these guys stopped returning phone calls until finally Thursday a corporate employee finally made him call me back only to deny our conversation. Left multiple messages for management today and no response as of 5:00 pm Thursday. FTC and Attorney general are next. Sales purposely did paperwork tricks to get the sale and nobody seems to be interested in standing by their word or even returning phone call. I will pursue all options to rectify. Alicia J
