After reading your review, I researched your visit and I'd like to better understand your comment that we weren't able to fix the vehicle. I see that we initially noted the car was in limp mode and we found no oil on the dipstick. We recommended and completed an oil change and we cleared your limp mode condition. During the oil change, unfortunately metal was found in the oil. We then wrote you an estimate for a replacement engine and provided that to you. There was nothing further we could have done at the time to help with metal inside the engine components. Is the engine under your warranty? Did my service team contact them for you?
