All of the service crew are great. Jacob sets my appointments and makes sure I'm taken care of. And they always take care of the details that are often overlooked.

I had a check engine light on and needed to drive later that day out of time. Service department got me right in, found the problem, had the replacement part in stock and replaced it, plus changed the oil.

"Service Recalls completed Quickly"
Had to safety recalls to have processed on my Santa Fe. It took less than an hour (including oil change). Waiting area is great!

"Sensor issue"
My vehicle began to lose power and the check engine light came on. I arrived at the dealership, they looked at the vehicle immediately and brought me back to show me the issue within about a half hour. A sensor housing had cracked allowing it to work loose. The vehicle was repaired and I was on my way within 90 minutes. Can't ask for any better service than that.

"They really do care about doing right by their customers!"
It's always been hard to trust car dealerships, but cars are a basically necessity, so you just hope to find a place where you don't always feel like they are trying to pull something over on you. In the Cedar Valley, C&S has three really good brands of cars and I feel that the employees there come in each day and just try to do a good, honest job for all of their customers no matter how expensive their car might or might not be.
