Courteous and helpfull people.
I brought my Sonata to get a recall to fix the airbags. It took maybe 1/2 hour an I was on my way. The service people are very courteous and wait on you quickly.

Elantra service
They charge over 66 dollars for an oil change, top off fluids and tire rotation. They put in an oil additive without asking me and charge for it. If the oil is good why do I need an additive? I think they are excessively expensive and are always trying to upcharge for something a person doesn't really need. Cabin filters for example. Tire balancing when the tires are wearing well and are not causing any rough driving.

They get you in and out as quickly as possible and they let you know what your veh needs, but they never pressure you to do things you don't want to do or can't afford to do.

Sante age warranty work
When we drove Toyota, our car was always returned clean from a courtesy car wash. Also had a feeling of staff being more genuine and truly caring about whatever service was required.
Recommendation is questionable due to resale value of Hyundai compared to Toyota and overall genuineness of staff treatment.
