After taking my cars to Cutshaw for years, I'm sorry to say I won't be going back. Someone at the shop ripped the front seat cushion inside my car, then denied doing it later with a very detailed cover story. About an hour after leaving the shop and racking my mind trying to figure out what happened, I'm 100% certain they damaged the car (naively I believed their cover story of "you must not have noticed it." BS. I would have noticed a tear in my cushion and their detailed cover story was a little to detailed and constructed). I left a message at the shop for the owner to call me - 24 hours later and no call back. I doubt they'll own up to the damage and that's incredibly disappointing. I've noticed a handful of very small red flags over the last couple of years but this was incredibly disappointing. I can't help but feel that being a young, friendly, nice woman didn't play into their decision to take advantage of me. I DO NOT reccomend this business. Stay away before they screw you like they did me.
