Travis went above and beyond
Travis went above and beyond to make sure I did not have a problem getting back to Harrisburg. I brought it in with a pretty significant oil leak, and at the Gulf station in Shippensburg, your team worked on my car and got most of the leak stopped. Cat told us to take it to a car wash and wash the underside of the vehicle, and then Travis called me while I was at the car wash and told me to bring it back and he would put it up on the lift and make sure it wasn’t still leaking oil. You just have no idea how much that meant to me to have that peace of mind and have him go the extra mile to help. Tony and Jack Norwood always bring their vehicles to you, and I think even though I live in Harrisburg, that’s where I’ll be bringing my vehicle from now on. I appreciate the honesty and hard work, along with Travis going the extra mile to put it back up to give me peace of mind. God bless.
