We’ve been customers of theirs for a few years now. We’ve had a long history of oil consumption/burning with our Honda Pilot. I was topping off oil every week and could visibly see wet oil around valve gasket cover in the front of the engine and always saw big $$$ signs to repair, but eventually realized the vehicle was still running great and the cost should outweigh any negatives. They were very fair in their charge to repair. Our Pilot is running more smoothly and better overall too.
